Januember Readings
- Being and Nothingness - Had a sudden urge to re-read La Nausée but it isn't available on the Kindle. Then remembered I never really finished this one -the original French version, L'Être et le néant, was (is) way too difficult for me (Sartre subtitled this dense 800+ pages tome as an "essay"!)
- The Selfish Gene: 30th Anniversary Edition
- Delusions of Gender
That one such Thomas Bernhard is in the same league as Thomas Mann, Marguerite Yourcenar and Jean-Paul Sartre intrigued me. Checking out his:
